With all the regulations in America, there is still a high rate of accidents.

I appreciated your comments about the more relaxed lifestyle enjoyed there in Bulgaria as compared with other countries. On the other hand, considering the high rate of car ownership here in the United States, for instance, and the rate of use of those cars by teenagers,and the extraordinary amount of truck traffic on our roads and highways, I think I prefer the tighter regulations. Better that then to become another tragic statistic.
